Lith - Tribal End Divine Comedy Records
****+
Then, Lith did a lot of live appearences and v/a's featurings, for several labels such as Parametric, Kubernoise, Divine Comedy, Triton, or Zoomica... Now, Lith comes back with "Tribal End", a moodier album with strong industrial fields as usual, but moderated by more tribal trance and echoing sounds. "Tribal End" includes some featurings and remixes by P.A.L, Izloloscope, Aql, S.To Cage, H.I.V.+, Empusae and Shizuka. It figures out both direction and intentions : diversity but in the great tradition of electronic's industrial warfare...

HIV+ / Mourmansk 150 / Babylone Chaos - Univers Carcéral
Divine Comedy Records
****
Univers Carceral goes far beyond the usual realms of musical industry... What we have here is a soundtrack supported by a complete work of about 100 pictures (taken by the Divine Comedy Records boss himself) showing the obscure and darkest places of his own town. This 100 pictures are the result of a four years shooting... The main title draw a parallel between the industrial noise movement (showing how our lives are conditioned, compartmentalized) and real pictures from the city where you can find similarities with carceral environments : walls, iron, agressivity, but also life and communication.
The pictured city is Marseille, located in the south of France. The south suburbs are under construction, while the ones from the north are dilapidated, hidden. Something like a cross between Beyrouth and these towns where everything could happen at anytime. You can cross here a horse and a burning car there, an horrible building then nature...
The terrific harsh-intelligent-industrial structures from Babylone Chaos, H.I.V+ and Mourmansk 150 (with remixes by Asche, Iszoloscope and DJ Mauri) depict a realistic illustration of modern life in the carceral universe of mankind...
AQL/H.I.V.+/Muckrackers - Paradise Now
Divine Comedy Records
****
"‘Paradise Now"is a beautiful and nightmarish exploration picturing some of the most obscure landscapes from the south of France. A so called paradise that's in fact one of the most polluted part of Europe.
Musically speaking, we meet up again with H.I.V.+ for a powerful split with the french sensation Muckrackers. This is a return to noisy explorations in opposition with the recent ambient release on Caustic Records. The third act of the musical part is a weird italian band known as AQL, a sort of industrial break-core with some incursions into ambient and even more symphonic genre. Listen to their first (and awesome) track ! All three bands have previously appeared on the now legendary compilations "Trees on Oscillation" & "Armageddon's report", both released on Divine Comedy Records some years ago. This contribution is not a hazardous one. 70 minutes of intelligent-novo-industrial's spleen dedicated to the death of holy nature. The book comes with full coloured pictures and all tracks are exclusive.
